Offerings

During our first session, we’ll explore what’s present for you and what you’re seeking, which could be support, clarity, healing, learning to meditate, or simply a space to connect.

From there, we’ll decide together on an approach that feels right for you.
There are no set rules other than the ethics codes in place for therapeutic care. You might want to work organically, moment-to-moment, or follow a more structured path with a plan blending modalities like mindfulness, compassionate inquiry, self compassion, meditation, breath work therapy, mindful movement, somatic work, and/or counselling.
There’s no set menu — our work is shaped entirely around you, and where you are in your life right now. If you're not sure, all you have to do is press the 'book' button at the top right-hand corner of this page, and you will be taken to my calendar page, where you can select the first free 30-minute discovery session. Trauma-Informed Counselling

Grounded in neuroscience and compassion

Rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and an understanding of neurobiology and the nervous system, this approach supports healing from the inside out. More than simply talk therapy, we will draw from a wide range of psychological frameworks, exploring your patterns with curiosity, not judgment.

Healing through body-based awareness

This body-based approach helps you safely feel and process difficult emotions through the nervous system — not just the mind. ISP combines somatic awareness with psychological insight to support deep, lasting change. It’s especially helpful for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body after stress or trauma.

Mindful Vipassana Meditation

Cultivate serenity, clarity, wisdom and insight

Inspired by the teachings of Jack Kornfield, Joseph Goldstein, Gil Fronsdal, Sharon Salzburg, Oren Jay Sofer and Tara Brach, these sessions offer a gentle, grounded approach to cultivating presence, compassion, and clarity.

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it, we explore practices that help you soften inner criticism, stay with your experience, and reconnect with what matters most — all at your own pace.

Integral Mindful Movement

Inspired by Qi Gong

This is a grounding, intuitive movement practice that draws from Qi Gong and somatic mindfulness. We explore gentle, flowing sequences designed to reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence. Sessions are invitational, accessible, and focused on cultivating presence, energy flow, and embodied awareness — especially helpful if you’re feeling disconnected, tense, or overwhelmed.

Breathwork Therapy

Using ancient wisdom and modern somatic approaches

Breath is our most immediate tool for self-regulation and healing. In these sessions, we use conscious breathing techniques that have different functions, such as deep relaxation, generating energy, gently unlocking stuck energy, calming the nervous system, or supporting emotional release. We'll go at your pace — using the breath not to push, but to open. You’ll learn how to tune into your body’s wisdom and build a deeper sense of inner safety.

Self-Compassion & Mindful Exploration of Emotions

Using a trauma-sensitive, insight-based approach, we gently explore the unconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and protective strategies that shape your present-day experience. Together, we create a compassionate space where these patterns can be understood — not judged — and where healing can unfold through awareness, curiosity, and connection. This work can be deeply illuminating for those ready to go beneath the surface.
